The “Greetings Manager” module can be used in Perfex CRM, allowing administrators or staff to send personalized SMS or greeting emails to contacts or client employees on special days. By using this module, Admin and the team will be able to create a schedule to send automatic SMS or emails to clients or the team. Thus, the best wishes will be sent to the clients or the company's team on their special days, such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The “Greetings Manager” uses, by default, enabled SMS gateways provided by Perfex CRM. You can check the available SMS gateways in SETUP -> Settings -> SMS. The “Greetings Manager” uses, by default, the email settings enabled in Perfex CRM. Employees will need to set a schedule to send automatic greeting SMS/emails only once for each special day of clients or employees. This module will use custom fields from Contacts and Team to send greetings. Therefore, this custom field must be of the Date type. The administrator/staff can view the records of greetings sent to each person. Additional advantage: Use the standard SMS gateways of Perfex CRM, without the need to implement a new SMS gateway. By implementing an automated scheduling system, our administrative team and staff can send personalized wishes to clients via SMS or email. This proactive approach not only enhances customer engagement but also boosts the company's credibility. The team can create multiple schedules to send wishes more than once, such as sending 7 days before, sending 1 day before, sending on that day. The administrator/team can see how many clients received an SMS or email by viewing the client contact schedule.
