The Account Planning Module for Perfex CRM is a strategic account planning tool that, through a customer-centric approach to identifying priority accounts and capturing and analyzing critical information, enables you and your team members to develop a strategy to expand and grow relationships with existing customers. It creates a comprehensive plan, with a wealth of useful information through available options and data, separating them into four basic sectors for each plan: Due Diligence / Team Information / Service Offering Capability and Project Planning. It also utilizes MindMap, based on GOJS, so team members can create a visual approach to their strategy, along with Handsontable, which assists in data entry and records team member activity in the Activity Log.
